Hands Against Hunger
Saturday, May 9 | 9 am - 12 pm
Join us for a food packing event at Faith Community UMC as we come together with other area UMC.
Volunteers will pack rice, fortified soy protein, dried vegetables, and a blend of 21 vitamins and minerals into bags that will then be sealed, boxed, and prepared for international shipment.
Let’s come together to fight hunger and bring hope to those in need!
As a church, we are working to raise $1,500 to purchase the supplies needed to make this impact possible. Every gift, no matter the size, helps extend care, nourishment, and hope to children who need it most.
You are invited to be part of this shared effort. Together, we can turn small contributions into something truly life-giving.

Vacation Bible Camp

Mark Your Calendars for a World Cup themed Vacation Bible Camp! Kindergarten through 6th graders are invited for an amazing time of fun, faith and friends!
Kids Camp
June 17 | 6-8 pm | $10
In just two hours, kids will rotate through hands-on stations featuring sports, science, art, and music.
Open to children who completed Kindergarten through 6th grade during the 2025/2026 school year.
Good Friday Prayer Vigil
Friday, April 3 | 12-3 pm
On Good Friday we remember the events of Christ’s crucifixion. This is a drop-in experience; you’re invited to come anytime between noon and 3 pm for a time of quiet reflection and prayer.
Come for just a few minutes or stay as long as you need. Good Friday invites us to pause and create space for the weight of this day before we celebrate the hope of the Resurrection on Easter Sunday.
Are You Interested?
Are you interested in nnitting and/or crocheting alongside prayer and conversation? Do you know how to knit or crochet? Would you like to learn? If you’re interested in being a part of a small group who crochet or knit as you gather for conversation and prayer, let us know via the QR code. No experience with needlework required.
The group is also collecting clean plastic grocery bags with few holes. They’ll be using the bags to make mats for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Resurrection Men Chili Cook Off

Say goodbye to winter and hello to the Sweet 16. Join us for a Chili Cook Off, on Thursday, March 26 from 6:30-9:00 ish. Bragging rights at stake.
Water, soda, bowls, and spoons provided. Please bring your drink of choice and a chili or side dish (crackers, chips, cheese, sour cream, etc.)

You are invited to join Pastor Jenn for a weekly time of prayer and study from 10 – 11 am.
Each gathering will be a little different. Some weeks we will use a devotional to guide our conversation. Other weeks we will focus on a passage of Scripture. At times, we may simply spend our hour in prayer together.
Attendance may vary from week to week, and you are welcome whenever you are able to come.
This is an open group. Come as you can.
